How do you ship?

We ship our orders via Easyparcel with either a full paper or reused packaging, minimizing waste and making full use of readily available resources.


How long will it take to receive my order?

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 days. We do not ship orders on weekends and holidays.

  • For West Malaysia, the whole process will take about 2 to 5 working days.
  • For East Malaysia, please allow between 5 to 10 working days for your order to be delivered. 


What are the shipping rates?

The shipping fee will be calculated for you upon checkout. For international orders, please contact us for a more accurate estimate.


Cancellations & Returns

We make sure you are pleased with our products and the service you receive, and we also want you to be safe in the knowledge that none of the products you buy have been used by another customer. With that being said, due to the nature of our bath and body care products, we cannot accept returns after the goods are used due to hygiene reasons. We can, however, offer you a 7-day full refund if our products have failed to meet your expectations. 

All we ask in return is for your feedback on why you're applying for a refund within 7 days of receiving it. It is also your responsibility as the buyer to read through the full ingredient list provided in the description of every product you are keen on purchasing. if you are unsure or have allergies, sensitivities or a question, do email us before you make the purchase.

Damaged Items

If your goods are damaged during shipping, please save all packaging materials and photo evidences before contacting the courier company to file a claim.


Loss Items

Handmade soaps are considered fragile and sensitive goods. Most courier companies will not offer compensation in case a parcel goes missing. With that being said, if your parcel has gone missing or takes much too long to arrive, write to us via email or contact us directly via WhatsApp, as well as the respective courier company to file a complaint.
